New Development at Canyons starting at $275,000!

Last week, Replay Destinations announced a new partnership with YOTEL to develop the first YOTELPAD project in North America. The new project will be located in the Canyons Village at the base of Park City Mountain. YOTELPAD Park City will consist of 144 condominiums, being called PADs. Replay Destinations, one of the most innovative developers of destination resort projects, will spearhead the first "for sale" YOTELPAD in the world, bringing affordable resort living to North America.

YOTELPAD Park City is a revolutionary concept for resort living. Merging modern design, and efficient interior space planning, technology, extensive indoor/outdoor amenities, and affordability at the base of the mountain. Thoughtfully planned amenities designed specifically for social hangouts, YOTELPAD Park City boasts a seamless indoor/outdoor amenity experience featuring an outdoor pool, hot tub, and numerous fire pit areas, designed to help you relax after a day on the mountain. The pool deck will connect to the indoor social spaces which will include a Club Lounge, fireplace area, game room, kids zone and stunning terrace, allowing owners and guests to connect and gather in true YOTELPAD style.

All PAD's will be designed with multi-functional furniture, comfortable work and relaxing areas, bathrooms with YOTEL's famous monsoon rain shower, equipped kitchenettes, and large windows to take in the gorgeous Park City mountain views. As an added bonus, YOTEL will be providing valet service to all owners and guests for the ultimate in convenience.

Professionally designed and fully furnished, the YOTELPAD's will be sold through a Priority Reservation Program this 2018 ski season with prices starting at $275,000.

Participating as the master developer role for Canyons Village on behalf of the TCFC, the primary owner of Canyons Village, Replay Destinations has worked with the local community to design a revitalized master plan for the new village. The new master plan will include shops, restaurants and gathering places that will be part of the overall new transformation of Canyons Village. YOTELPAD Park City will be situated in the upper village portion of the master plan.

YOTELPAD Park City is part of a global launch, five other projects have been confirmed in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. YOTELPAD Park City will be followed closely by two YOTELPADs in the Geneva Lake region. In addition to, YOTEL Miami and YOTEL Dubai which will also feature YOTELPADs as part of their developments.

• February 16th - Floor plans, Reservation Agreement, and Price Ranges will be released on the website.
• February 26th - Open to begin accepting Reservations with $10,000 fully refundable deposit.
• Mid - March (exact date TBD) - PAD specific pricing will be released. with the PAD Selection Event to be held the following week.
